We are thrilled to announce the Summer 2010 Author Lineup!
Tickets are $50 all-inclusive unless otherwise noted
and available at the bookstore.
We are excited to offer this series for a third summer, and are grateful to the authors who take the time our of their busy personal summers and writing schedules to include us on their book tours. The list below was cultivated with care and reflects a nice mix of debut and bestselling authors, knock-your-socks-off thrillers, and captivating stories, both imagined and true. As always, the authors will be seated at tables with the guests, and will speak to the larger group after lunch and will personalize books after dessert.
We do ask that you buy books for these events from our bookstore - your support is crucial to the continuation of the series. Independent bookstores - a beautiful space for browsing books in a tactile way - will continue to exist only with your patronage. Thank you for your support.

That Old Cape Magic
That Old Cape Magic is a novel of deep introspection and every family feeling imaginable, with a middle-aged man confronting his parents and their failed marriage, his own troubled one, his daughter’s new life and, finally, what it was he thought he wanted and what in fact he has. The storytelling is flawless throughout, moments of great comedy and even hilarity alternating with others of rueful understanding and heart-stopping sadness, and its ending is at once surprising, uplifting and unlike anything this Pulitzer Prize winner has ever written.
This ticket for this luncheon does include a signed copy of the new paperback release of That Old Cape Magic, and the tickets are $66 all-inclusive.
